Variety is the key to attention!

Thinking I really like the feedback/evaluation of the one-minute paper and the three clear and muddy points. using multiple forms of feedback will not only help my susccess as an educator, but the success of the student equally.

none judgmental, succinct, and informative feedback is necessary to build confidence

Syllabus is the foundation and use of the scaffolding to assist and encourage students

Students are mostly tech knowledgeable, they likely overcome these barriers before me! Showing them navigation with clear expectations (objectives).

Modeling will demonstrate importance in the students!

the last comment really hit home, "note making." this is an excellent way to engage and empower students to use their tablet to improve their learning. I could have them submit their note making as an assignment. this can allow me to identify individuals lack of knowledge on the content!

I have the same struggles as students do with tablets verses computers; size and activity. Most prefer pc over tablets so far.

Upon enrollment the student was motivated to seek higher learning. My position as the insturctor to to have devoloped ednough skill, knowledge, and empathy to put in my clearly defined curriculum to keep that spark and motivation! I will engage with students by learning their why and put that into my learning structure. 

Recapturing enthusiasm should be ongoing. Revisit my and the students why they chose the carrier field; how can we achieve our goals together; when and what type of story can be told to further recognize accomplishments.
