Leading by example helps motivate students. Displaying honesty and emotional intelligence is very important in the classroom setting.

Customer service approach is the best way to approached students and staff. 

It's important for the students to know we care about them, being there for them can encourage them to move forward.

Feedback should foster participation, confidence, and motivation from the students. 

Engaging with students frequently is important because it makes the students feel supported. 

I need to ensure I understand how to use the CMS platform. 

Planning and preparing is key.
