a simple hello

i have been subbing for a class and was amazed how many students knew who i was just because i had said hello to them in a hallway or outside a simple gesture such as a hello or a smile can have a huge impact

Blind spots

I think blind spots are one of the most important things you can focus on for your self its easy to judge other now look at your self and figure out how to over come your blindspots this module has made me more aware of what to look for and how to try to overcome my blind spots
