AS I am just beginning out, there is quite alot of material that I have been trying to obsorb, so I observe the students I have and think about their different skills , it makes me aware of the skills that I'm working towards myself, so i'll keep an open mind ,try to remember as much as I can , give it some time

very interesting material , the operation of online learning is quite a challege that i can work on

As I just started my first class I already see the importance of diagnostic evaluation. I will do some assessing in tommorows class

To be a good facilitator you must have a sound strategy to encourage communication between students , timely response to online issues, evaluation  of course material and " wear many shoes"

The course content will determine which method to use. I'll be consistent with my course guidlines to facilitate communication so my teaching will be effective for myself and the students

Develop my own teaching style,  along with the use of technology ,  get the information out to the best of my ability

I learned about course framework and course developement , consistency in creating course modells, using the various media tools

I learned how to use various means to reach out to students to help them and myself reach our goals

Implement various forms of feedback to upgrade your course

The assessment types will help both student and instructor reach their goals

Formative and summative assessments along wth both self and peer appraisal are great tools to guide students towards their learning
