I have learned to utilize different tools instead of just the regular power point presentation.  Incorporating newer and better tools such as slide share and others can help renew my teaching style

I will ensure to vary the delivery of learning.  The class may have different learning styles and it is important to vary my teaching method to be able to reach as many learning styles as possible.  

Introductions are very important.  This helps to get to know my students better and it also creates a good learning environment.  It is also important to set expectations for student participation at the very begining.  This will help to set up a successful plan for them moving forward.

It is essential to outline what the expectations from the begining, be very clear about what the class objectives are and ensure students understand the content.

Never stop learning and set the example of leadership through action.
