Activity

When it comes to supporting students with disabilities, educators, administrators, and other school staff have specific legal obligations and opportunities to ensure an inclusive and equitable learning environment.

When it comes to students with disabilities, educational institutions have a legal obligation to provide accommodations and ensure equal access to educational opportunities. These legal requirements are grounded in federal laws, such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973.

disabilities come in many different forms and have many different learning disabilities

We must offer any one with a disability the samething as someone without a disability

This is great information

Comment on Joseph Renfroe's post: Joe you make good points about knowledge and skills

Utilizing the proper tools to make each lesson of teaching an effective is a very important thin to think about

I feel eye contact is one of the most important things that we need to do.

Discussion Comment
