Activity

Getting the employee to realize their strengths and obsticals allows for their planning to future goals from past experiences and knowledge can be a challenge. However, when practicing newly gained techniques and discussing those techniques with colleagues will allow me to fine-tune my skills to work with employees in overcoming anger, hate, resistance of the process in coping with their own negative thoughts. The goal of cintinuous improvement of my skills to help others improve under their terms.

Purposeful and active listening along with asking employees the series of questions that allow them to clarify their goals and identify actionable items to progress on those goals will improve employee perspective and positive outcomes.

Using solution focused coaching moves the conversation to the employees thoughts to their skills and strengths. The employee takes the ownership on any changes that they envision for their future.
