Backwards chaining and reflection will help

I think using games would be a great way to keep the class motivated

This will help layout the classroom to suit the needs of myself and the students. i personally cannot concentrate with music playing but would be open to trying it

I feel this will help with the way i will address the class. What to say and what not to say

I think it will be hard to remember names. I also believe that being over prepared is a good thing

I like this. It has given me many options on dealing with a problem student. listen to them we as Instructors may not know what they are going through, just listening and being a mentor may resolve 99% of the issue.  

This is a big help with understanding how to deal with a whole gambit of different students in the same class.

Good communication right out of the gate. Set your standards upfront and stick to your guns.

I feel it is important to assess the students so it gives you a better understanding of where they are in the course. Then you can adapt and change things up if needed
