I have learned of the importance for student interaction, both with their peers and the instructor.

I like the mindset of a quiz being a self check and unlimited attempts.

I learned and understand the difference between synchronous and asynchronous.  I also learned that guest instructors can be used.  I had not thought of that as a possibility before.

I learned the importance of interaction between learners and other learners and learners and instructors is important for retention.  I will look to include more of these activities in future courses.
