This module rwminds us of what we need to to to manage an e-learning environment:

Keep Records- in face to face classrooms records are maintained, this maybe a little more challenging as we need to identify what will be kept as the volume of information does increase. Emails themselves czn be overwhelming, Do we keep everything or set guidelines for filing as we did in face to face?

communicating with students can also present challenges as students may have a few undesirable traits and need redirecting while on the e-learning format. We need to know ways to redirect them mainting… >>>

In order to protect your presnece it is necessary to participate in group by asking and analyzing the right questions, listening, offerring verbal cue and being pyhsically present. We should provide students with a short Bio of our academic credentials and achievements as well as our professionalexperiences and achievements.

To be successful s an instructor lessons must be well planned and follow a familiar Course management system.. Allowing learnings to have access to the requirement of the course the course layout, opportunity to practice navigation, opportunities for intellectual interaction and activities that are learner centered. The instructor has to allow prior knowledge of due dates and timeframes for postings of exams, quizzes and group interactive proojects.

The learnnings must be prepared by being attentive to course requirements and following instructions prior to and for regular meeting dates. They must have access to tech support and get feedback from instructor… >>>
