I never thought about categorizing my to do list. I think this can be useful when looking at how I can rank my list and complete the most important tasks first according to the category.

I think one of the most important thing we can do is believe in our students and allow them to rise to our expectations as a colleague mentioned. 

Considering the types of learnign activities in my class should be linked to my every day learning objectives. I should make sure to include activities that stimulate the brain in different ways. 

I found the music portion very interesting. Although I always played music while my students walked into class, I did not realize all the positive effects it had while conducting a class. 

It can be very frustrating when you feel like you are losing control of your classroom. We all experience this - but it is important to learn how to bring all students back to the table in an appropriate way that is not harmful.

I have learned that the flipped clarroom method does not only apply to on ground work but can be used online given the right planning and execution. As long as students are able to gather in groups, I can get them to engage in activities together - be it in a classroom on campus or in break out groups on the Blackboard. I think most importantly, I have to ensure that step one offers students enough resources and ways to learn that will allow the to come to class feeling confident in the material they learned.
