@ellythomas :I would probably give them the evil eye and at the break talk to them together to cut the crap. If they are truely problems I would suggest that if they can't refrain from talking then they need to take it outside.

Yoga a Solution for Stress

I happen to be fortunate to have my other job being a Yoga Studio. As a long time practioner of all that yoga is, I have a built in method for handling the stress that comes with have two jobs and a life. It is my job to relieve the stress of others and provide tools to deal with life challenges. So, this topic is near and dear to me, but also distant and mostly under control.
