Showing humility is the best way to show you are actively listening and that you care. 

Reframing questions can provide clarity when individuals are not fully understanding the request. It reduces the chances of misunderstaning. 

Simplicity goes a long way. It is important to digest each question to avoid any misunderstanding and be transparent with your peers.
