In this module I learnt about the challenges to consider when applying FERPA.

I learnt practical approaches of FERPA in action - when FERPA starts to hold and when it no longer holds.

Learnt about FERPA compliance including topics like personally identifiable information and directory information.

My takeaways from this module are the fundamentals on which FERPA is based, what rights students' have, and what is defined as an educational record.
