Having clear and concisse grading system will help me as a teacher as well as the students.  Having the opportunity to work with students understanding will help with grading overall.  

Having the ability to be flexible is important when troubleshooting.  Be mindful of how students are receiving the lesson to know when to redirect attention or find alternate ways to present the material is important.

Delivery is important to teach.  Allowing the students to understand what I want them to know should be considered through presenting.  Allowing time for models, and being prepared is key to both my and my students' success.

To inspire others, one must bring them on the journey with you while teaching.  Expressing interest in others' lives will help with engaging them while teaching.

Although adult learners have so many things going on in their lives, as instructors we must keep them engaged to ensure success in their journey.  Remember to keep discussions engaging, reaching out, and listening will always allow students the motivation to succeed.
