Ive learned useful techniques , to help with student empowerment

I've learned the importance of collaborative learning and how impactful it can be to the students growth.

I've learned incorporating real life situations and getting students engaged by helping them find value in there preferred course of study

Its  important for your student to understand the steps in which they need to take and that it important to set clear expectations from the beginning 

Learning how to interact asynchronous and synchronously with the students has been helpful and insightful

I've learning allowing your students to know you and to get to know them, helps them feel comfortable and that you care about them

Ive learned with the combination of a e-learning base the student is able to continuously review in the comfort of their own home and have several resources at their disposal.

Being thoroughly prepped before class starts and having that additional support of a checklist is one of the tools, I will take with me throughout my teaching career.

I've   learned I should always be looking for ways and techniques to enhance or improve my teaching methods, to engage the students.
