Every individual is different from other individuals in this world and every individual possess a different learning style

You can't understand a culture without first learning a language.

Culture and Race are important, and you should include every student and engage every student in interaction and application.  The outcome will be enriched and reflective of all student participation.

One of the main things is to become more about your student's interests and your instructional planning will become more effective.  It's all about the students, and when they see that you are interested in what they have to say, they will become more interested in what you have to teach them.
