I've learned that the key component is TRUST! 

In this module, I learned that the University should instill a positive atmosphere to its employees and staff members. As a result, staff members and student support staff will have a more positive paradigm that'll nurture students and instill a sense of hopefulness and community in them. 

I learned that retention is the responsibility of the entire organization and institution. I also learned that students desire an atmosphere that is challenging but welcoming. They do not want to feel as if there are being short-changed from a course, but they also want to know that there is support for them at every step of the way.
