Build a trusting relationship with grads so they will be willing to fill out paperwork and answer calls.

Follow up with the employers to make sure you have the best candidate for the position the employer needs to fill.

I Learned when to leave a voicemail. I learned the probing questions to get more information from the perspective employer. Take plenty of notes on each call.

You need to know your institute history and be sure you know the industry that you are trying to place students in.
