I learned about the different technique to improve your voicemail, when leaving a message. 

I learned techniques how to overcome objections and how to be successful in enrolling a student. Also how to reschedule a "no show" student.

I learned how to keep practicing your outline before you get on a phone call and the "10 Commandments" 

Practicing how to answer the phone and listening to yourself to try and see what to improve on, whether your tone or how you speak. 

I came to understand the understanding the hierarchy of communication and the skills to incorporate in oour daily interactions. 

I've learned how to uncover the way I listen to other and the difference between traditional and active listening.

I've learned how to avoid multitasking and listen attentively when onne's speaking. I also leanred how to have empathy and sympathy. 

What i've learned from this topic is the various ways to interact with someone and how to interact with them correctly.
