Is very important to be clear off all the things that bother from the outside, so you can concentrate and don’t bring your problems to the class and focus on the target to reach your goal to motivate your class

The motivation and maintaining harmony in class help the students to be more confident and engaged.

We need to observe and use the information the students provide whit his age, experience and behavior so we can use to help them to understand and retain what they learning at class.
