FERPA protects the privacy of a student's records.

I think an important aspect of this section is consent. Consent is offered in the moment, but does not mean that that consent remains in the future.

It does not matter if the conduct or behaviors occurred on or off campus. They should be investigated either way.

Responsible employees must report incidences of sexual misconduct to the Title IX coordinator or appropriate authority.

I learned about schools' obligations to Title IX, such as having a Title IX coordinator designated and dissemination of materials and information. I intend to apply this learned information by following the procedures outlined in Title IX and speaking with the appropriate authority when I see any acts that I believe may violate the amendment.
