Your legacy is every building and every expanding and the conversation with the president of princeton was really well done! I really liked it and learned a lot espically on career schools. 

I learned a lot more about leadership specifically about leaders, followers, and the situation. How a combination of those factors can really impact leadership as whole. 

I learned a lot about diffirent leadership styles and how certain things can be met. I learned that a leader really needs to flexible in terms of getting everything done. 

Learned throughly the definitions between leadership and mangement! Making sure tht I understand exactly the definition of both and making sure that you have a mix of both. 

Learning mangaement is very important faculty and if done correctly could benefit the entire school. You have to meet certain standards as well. 

Regression analysis and scheduling time whether to talking to instructors and admnistrators. Getting the right kind of feedback is all helpful when it comes to making everything run smoothly. 

There is a big portion on regulatory matters and specfically online schooling which I thought was very important when getting the right kind of faculty. 

Networking and other job positing sites are important to post there and making sure everything is met with laws of the state. 

Orientation both formal and in-formal are very important and they must understand the need of the students and the people that a university will hire. 

The job description and potential job candidate was very helpful to see the points that were illustrated.
