Activity

It's important to check in with students during the first week to see how everything is going. This helps solidify the support that they have in the school.

Orientation is an important start to their training where they can meet other classmates, create social groups, learn about the school and solidify the information provided during the admissions process.

I've learned that thinking of orientation through the viewpoint of the student will help the success of orientation and make the students feel more excited to start their program.

I've learned that making sure all staff are on the same page, ready to help our students be successful is very important to the retention of our programs.
