After reading this module, i learned the value of retention for insturctors.  We are an essential componet to retention.  Daily contact and understanding the student's stress can help retain students.

It is imperative that we protect our soical media comment.  A simple wash application is necessary to protect your professional image.  Frequently we comment with our emotions first rather than our professional judgement.  Every make a mistake.

After completing LS101, I  have several characteristic of a leader than a manager.  Although my departement requires a strong learder to mieet the organization mission, it is imperative I develop my managerial skills to  resolve problems and prevent conflicts.

A positive attitude is contagious. After teaching for the only five year, I realized preparation and attitude can make  a challenging subject easy to teach.
