I truly appreciate theinformation provided in the CM305 course. Personally I find it difficult to remember all the rules and regulations due to the fact that I am not technically an Admissions Rep. As a Customer Care Associate, knowing what I can & can't say about other schools as well as learning who I can/cannot call (D-N-C registry) is vital, but being that I never work with enrollemnt agreements, financial aid, or a few other subjects. It'd be nice if there was a course specifically for those assisting students in non-degree courses. Is there such a course that also meets… >>>
