I learned about the importance of staying up to date on compliance latest requirements and strategies to deploy to ensure I am in compliance. i.e. Creating a check list and having it readily available to refer to as a section in my binder I am creating from this training.

I learned about the importance of understanding the ends and outs of the programs my institution offers in order to better serve my students. I also learned about the marketing materials and how they are disseminated to prospective students through TV, Radio, Career Fairs, Brochures, etc. to attract target groups and that we can access these materials upon request as admissions representatives.

I learned information about the policies of procedures to follow as an admissions representative and who to differ to about clarification on them if I have any questions or need additional information. The catalog is a resource as well as members of the leadership team.
