when breaking up large groups of 16 students in groups of 4. i find you have to becarfull that 3 are not standing back and not getting involved. do not let one person who excells in class do all the work for the other 3. it will cause the other 3 to fall behind on there studys

what to do when a student distarcts other students

i had a chanlanging class recently were i had a student who always asked a lot of questions during lector time. it got to the point i had some other students leave class do to the distaction and were not able to learn. i found that limeting questions till break time works. that way he or she can ask all there questions and others do not feel the need to listen when it only confuses them.

dealing with student isues outside of class

one thing that is hard to get used to is how to deal with student isues out side of class. i find it is nessacary to be a good listener and not try to fix there problems but show you care

i set a good envirement for sucess by encourageing students on how vast the hvac industry is and many areas to cross into for employment
