The rubric and expectations should be set and communicated before hand to be able to control the structure for the blog.

There are multiple ways to merge microblogging into an online course. I Like the idea of being able to post test questions as this can be done effectively as a test review session. 

The importance of a rubric and evaluation

I using social media makes the class more interactive. Also making a facebook page would help everyone to stay connected with the students outside of the classroom. 

This explained how to deal with different difficulties and distractions with students online and in the classroom and how they should be addressed

This taught the difference between Asynchronous and Synchronous and how to Navigate them the online. This also taught how to provide any criticism online which should be via email

This emphasizes the importance of personable experiences via distant learning

I love that this comes with a lot of support for the student and instructor

I learned here the importance of enthusiasm and proving my level of expertise can have a direct effect on my student’s enthusiasm about what it is that they are learning 

I really enjoyed the REFOCUS tool and I plan to use that pat as a point of reference to my own lesson planning
