Second, I didn't know that the Agent license is effective for one year and is not transferable. For this reason, the Agent license must be renewed each year. I already know that I have to renew my license next 2026.
If we provide adequate assistance to the students, they could learn to overcome obstacles and build problem-solving strategies. It will be valuable as in their personal as and professional life.
Comment on Dr. Jamie McKinney's post: Perhaps due to their immaturity, in the most of cases, students don´t talk about their problems and when they do it when it is not possible to solve it. For this reason, professors, who are near of the students, and can have contact with them, must be able to encourage them to express their difficulties and help them to find a solution.
