In this module I learned the importance of familiarizing with every department within the institution, their processes and procedures for a more effective and complete deliver of information to the prospect student.

From this module I learned that it's important to familiarize ourselves with the institution's advertising, and also that a program's curriculum is an exciting way to advertise a program. 

I learned that it is to my advantage to learn well the enrollment agreement so its contents can be incorporated in the initial information given to the prospect student and then reiterated at the time of enrollment.

Hi! This is my first position as an admissions representative and from this module I have learned that learning and keeping track of an individual institution's policies is just as important as official training and learning state regulations and guidelines.
