Both the students and instructor have to be motivated and committed to the task at hand. It is much easier to guide when you know your process.

Understanding how to facilitate and assist your students online will provide a productive online learning experience.

Effective learning should be the objective.

There is always room for growth and development, I'm not sure if this is it.

Communication and clear directives is key. Letting students know and understand expectations is important is this type of learning environment.

Guidelines from the student’s perspective and the guidelines for a online instructor is what i took away from this module.

Being available and guidance.
