It is fascinating to think about how the newer generations never knew a world without a smart phone.

Each student is different in how they process and remember information.

I often struggle to get the students who aren't participating toward the end of the course.  Great information!

I believe a down-to-earth approach is much more received than an uptight instructor

I always try to get to know my students personally (in a healthy way with boundaries) to better help me teach and motivate.

I try hard to motivate my students both with the knowledge they have learned but also that life isn't just a job to go to, they are learning a career.

Listen to the students and learn what they have to say about your teaching style and always be a professional
