I never thought of looking back to when I was a student and who I really liked as a teacher. I reflected on this and realized that my teaching style is similar to those that I enjoyed learning from. Their excitement and love of the subject matter were incredible. 

This was a very detailed training on Title IX. I learned a lot of things on how certain situations should be handled and what type of policies we have. 

It is very important that we treat student records carefully, and be careful about what we do with them. Confidentiality is everything. 

Feedback is absolutely important for students. I will be revising how I give feedback to students and the depth of it. 

Communication is the most important aspect of online teaching. 

There are many tools that an instructor can use. We need to assess what the tool does and is it going to be helpful in our teaching and attaining the learning objectives. 

Multiple evaluations are always better than just one. In order to effectively analyze the design of the course, this is necessary. 

Feedback is absolutely important and the students can benefit from all types. The rubrics are important because it helps the instructor grade everyone same and the students learn what they have done wrong and right. 

Scaffolding is important because the students build on their prior knowledge. It can be a problem if the students have different knowledge bases. The instructor has to be careful in order to track all students are advancing in the class. 

The most important thing I learned is consistency in developing templates. The students need to know each time they enter a course where they can find the material, quizzes, exams, etc.
