I am fascinated by this concept and have some components already in place.  I am struggling to find the most interactive and engaging learning methods for the F2F. 

I intend to develop more short on-line lectures and create additional inclass activities that promote the see, do and teach. 

I learned that the flipped classroom included pre-recorded lecture and that it could include materials such as khan and Ted talks

As someone coming from the traditional academic side, I learned a great deal about the history and value of CTE and was able to engage in my own analysis.
