The ED 104 was a good training program. It makes you more alert on the classroom guidelines, and be more aware of the students behavior in the classroom. As stated before, it makes your lightbulb as an instructor go from 75 to 100 watts in the classroom.

ED 104

ED 104, gave me insight on the different type of students that enter the classroom, especially for the evening classes. Regardless of age, you still have some talkers, know-it alls, and angry students. They try and make it difficult to teach, but with my own experience, and some of the suggestions given in ED 104, made the light bulb go from 75 watts to 100 watts on how to deal with these students.
