Teachers must provide clear and concise space for communication.  Provide consistency and provide a clear rubric.  Do not give the answers just to get to the next assignment.

There should be clear, concise, and sometimes redundant information given when using online education.

Establishing consistent effective communication is important.  As a teacher, scaffolding what communication should look like is important.  Students should be able to also communicate with other students in smaller groups as well as a large class.

Effective Technology is important for both Formative and Summative assignments.  Teachers should check this at least every 4-5 weeks so that would be no barriers in students learning environment.

Teachers should be clear concise, aware of the latest technology to keep students attention, it is better to have quality rather than quantity, make the classroom feel like the actual classroom, give feedback, most of all be clear and consistent.

Students are used to F2F communication when learning.  It is best to use clear and consistent modules so that students are clear on what his/her expectations are.  

Feedback is important and careful planning on teacher display of words is important.  Body language can not be seen in technology.

Clear communication must be given for both asynchronous and synchronous learning.

When teaching a class the teacher must decide what technology tool is best for both teacher and student and not just the teacher.  Lecturing should not go past 15 minutes.  There are several ways to get information across to students effectively.  Students are different so choose wisely.
