Very informative. Building Institututional credibility is crucial, and it's also important to make sure our students feel valued.

Poor service can negatively impact students. I've also learned that it's everyone's responsibility to keep students on track and to help them succeed.

It was exciting to know different strategies students can use to follow-up with their references i.e updating references by sharing positive feedback on how they might have contributed to one's success, a great way of showing appreciation.

I've learned that for individuals to protect their background, they will need to understand their background. Also learned that it is important to remain positive throughout the process of pre-employment screening, this can help a person go a long way.

I've learned that Veterans occupational skills can be transferrable to and can match the Civilians ones with the use of right tools. Just like any other Civilian, A Veteran can perform any kind of job.

From this module, I've learned the importance of keeping relationships, getting feedback from graduates and employers i.e knowing how they can help an institution measure it's performance and gain new information.

I've learned that as Career Services Department, it is important to offer a variety of workshops to our students to make sure they are well prepared and ready for the professional world. 

From this module, I've learned that it is important for Career Services department to offer a variety of services to all individuals so thay they are well prepared for the job search process.

From this module, I've learned that Career services department can benefit everyone within and outside of the institution. And as an institution that works with students, we can take advantage of the Orientations to let prospective students know more about what our Career services department offers.
