When working from home, it is important to set up the right environment. I need to recognize what my distractions might be and try to reduce them. It is also important to have daily schedules, that are flexible, to help stay on task. 

There are both benefits and challenges of working remotely. However, there are ways to help remote work to be safe and effective. It is important that there is good communication from both employee and employer. 

This module helped me examine how I approach students who are ESL learners. I need to encourage students to continue to use their "mother tongue" as they learn English. 

It is important that instructors set an example in including each student in a respectful way so that students will have a comfortable learning environment.

This lesson has made me more aware of remembering that each student is an individual and has different styles of learning. I also will be more aware of my voice tone when talking to different genders.
