i really have learned about stressors, their cause and how to define them and categorize them. by listing them and putting a r or e next to them, for me.. it gives my stress less power and lets me focus on what needs to be done, whether i can REDUCE them or ELIMINATE them? and if i cant do either, what are some coping mechanisms that i can use thruout the day, really really good information!!!!!!
this was so good to learn about and to understand! often times we think our time belongs to others and we give so much of ourselves, but we control our time. and we need to develop positive ways to deal with this, from organizing our time in the classroom and with modern technology, for example the computer. defining space and organizing files, learning about procrastinating and immediacy, that really helped me. i will try to put those concepts into my life each day

 i really enjoyed this ed110, i learned alot about stress management and how stress effects us each day and what we can do to help us deal with this stress

i was very impressed to learn that SHARING, was a very important coping mechanism! just talking to someone, having them share in your struggles thruout the day, your accomplisments. i guess knowing that someone cares what you have to say, and if your filled with emotions like anger, you can definitely release them! i know that i will be sharing.... more often!

i just took this course thot it was great!!!! alot of information!!!!!

its quite crazy to me, to think that all it takes is 15 mins of a healthy coping mechanism a day to reduce stress.. i would have thot it was soo much more. whether its breathing, stretching, some physical activity. EVEN SHARING! just to call someone and vent.. sooo simple but really so effective.

I NEVER REALLY KNEW HOW MUCH STRESS REALLY AFFECTED THE LEARNING ENVIRONMENT... i have learned so much from this module. its amazing we dont have more heart attacks , deaths because of everyone juggling their personal relationships and professional relatiionships. its interesting to note that over half of the workdays in the united states are missed because of stress,i know one good thing that will definitely help me in the future is making a stess list. identifying some issues will help me to prioritize and deal with them effectively.
this has been so enlighteneing!!!!!! i never knew how much defining your space could make a difference. keeping it clean, organized, and knowing where everything is to access it at a moments notice. its really hard to share your space with a person and respect the boundaries.. it requires alot of teamwork and understanding each other... even making sure my files on my computer are cleaned up and organized and be accesed right away.....

i found this very interesting, how many of us constantly check our mail our phones, text messages, because we think we are being more efficient with our time and attending to situations right away? its interesting to note, it might be the exact opposite... we spend so much time doing this we fail to see the big picture... it really in essence is slowing us down and taking away from other important tasks...iam glad i have learned this , now.. to put it into practice.
this has been a new way of understanding what the obstacles are and overcoming them, sometimes we arent aware of our obstacles, but once we can identify them we can come up with a plan of attack to overcome them. my issue is the issue of immediacy, this information you have presented will definitely help me to recognize this and address it.
