Memory is important in accelerated learning because it drives how well learners retain new or changed learning. To accelerate learning, a person must learn AND recall more effortlessly.
Simulation is the most effective way of teaching students. Using activities in the classroom is ineffective if the activities are not relevant to the learning the class is required to retain.
Lighting is very important to enhance productivity and learning in the classroom. If applicable, blinds on windows should be opened so that students can enjoy the full brightness of the sun and keep the students awake and ready to learn.
Difficult learners range from participants who are dead set against learning, to learners who have just been momentarily sidetracked. Different levels of interruption require different intervention. As a good instructor, it is important to avoid using certain words in the classroom (should, could, etc)
People with learning disabilities are of average or above intelligence, though they may be behind in development as a result of their struggles to learn basic academic skills. Knowing this as an instructor will help me to better guide my students when they have a learning disability (for example: providing them more time for particular assignments, asking them what support has helped them in the past)
It is important to give students who are learning English as their second language frequent opportunities to practice the new words in different settings.
When forming learning groups for students it's important to diversify the groups and make sure that all different members of the group work collectively together.

Different students require different learning styles so it is important as an instructor to be able to apply a variety of styles in the classroom setting.
It is important to start the course off with an introduction of myself, in order to set a good precedent for them for the remainder of the class. Learning student's names is key to get to know them quickly
