I’d never heard of the word “scaffolding”. But I understand the concept and will make sure all my lessons follow those rules.

The different types of elearner behaviors and how to manage them

I learned that it is better to have online discussions asynchronous as opposed to synchronous, because the different personalities that could inhibit participation from other students.

Mentally preparing myself to project my presence online and make sure that I’m giving them the best of me.
