It is good to have trainings and refreshers in the "bright line" parameters that are pertinent to our speech and actions. Most of us do what we do because we know that what we do is help people change their life's course through career training. It is involves regular interactions with individuals. As those relationships develop it is important that we take care not to let familiarity with the person, and the more relaxed conversation that is a bi-product of that familiarity, ever lead to misinformation or unintentional misrepresentation.
