I've learned that students will feed off of the instructors enthusiasm and the important of constructive reinforcement.

I loved the refocus section as I need to learn this. 

To lead by example and be honest with the students at all time. 

Understanding that some students needs are different and how as an instructor we can communicate with them in a way of making them feel they can be successful. 

I am pleased to know that I will be supported by an online platform that support students and me as an instructor.
