Make sure to balance all work grades and how much all the different assignments weigh to make it as fair as possible for all the hard working students.

Making sure to read the room and redirect learning if need be. 

To explore more media to use to relay information to students.

To face my weaknesses a little more and develop and strengthen those weak areas.  To also continue creating and developing ways to reach students as times change.
