It is important to know where your students stand in the beginning and to put them in the right level  course.

If a student needs remediation, it is not ethical for them to be placed in a more advanced class.

Different learning styles require different teaching styles...

This is not always an easy task.

I do not fully agree with any of the three. I believe each person's develpment is unique to them and is probably a combination of the three theories.

Adult learners have many responsibilities that may hinder their learning experience. Whether it is financial, scheduling, child care, they face a lot of barriers.
