I have gotten a new way to use in my lecture and practical teaching I loved the one of were I get the students to do a journal were the students can show what they learned and where they are having trouble understanding it gives me the opportunity to help the students where they need the help in .  This Also has shown me the importance of different learning methods I can relate to my job as an instructor of cosmetology and barber. It was a very enforcement information to be a better instructor for my students.

This course has given me more tools that I can use to help my students to have other ways to understand and succeed in their  career. I liked the role playing method and judging  that I can implement and improve my teaching skills. One of the method that I will implement in my  teaching skills is to give students the opportunity to to do a journal this will help me and my students to see what they understand and where they are confused this methods we'll let me help the students where they need help.
