Having someone else review the course and material is a great idea to ensure that the students will get the most out of the course. Also by reviewing the syllabus frequently to make sure the material being taught is in the syllabus. This is a way to make sure that the course will provide the students with what they are expected to learn. Stakeholders play a huge role in closing the loop.
I like that it included providing the students with the ruberic so that they canseld evaluate themself to ensure they added all the items necessary to complete the task and increase their grade prior to being graded. Also providing them meaningful feedback so that they can reflect the next time they complete a task to know the expectations of the instructor.
Creating a Dynamic Syllabus will assist with the students understanding the guidelines and expectations of the course. Also with developing discussions, communicating what is expected to be proper entries and replies so that they understand the grading.
Consistency with the development of the Module(s) will make it easier for students to interact, respond and stay focused on the objectives. Also, that when doing videos, allow 10-15 minutes to hold their interest in the topic.

Performance Groups in the Lounge are integrated with related learning opportunities offered on these portals. With a few exceptions, Performance Groups are also publicly available to any member of the Lounge to maximize peer-to-peer learning and performance outcomes.
