During this module I learned a few different types of undesirable learning behaviors and way to help manage them. I will need to navigate the best way to help these students stay on track and complete the course they are enrolled in. 

Every student learns differently so understanding and knowing how to apply asynchronous learning and synchronous learning it a valuable skill to have. 

I learned that the students may learn best when they know that you are a trusted instructor, when you can be relatable and informative. Also opening a line of communication with the students and encouraging them to communicate with their fellow students. 

I learned that it is important to prepare your course and make sure it is set up so that not only you can be successful but your students can be successful as well. If you know how to navigate the course it will help you be able to help your students be more successful.
