Keeping a flexible calendar and learning to manage time effectively is essential. Proper rest and stepping away can help make you feel more in control of things that are out of control.

Intrinsic motivation comes from within, while extrinsic motivation arises from external factors. 

Security and autonomy improve student participation because the students feel safe to make mistakes and the autonomy to make corrections. It eliminates traditional fear.

It is important to add feedback in a timely manner. Feedback should be specific and concise. Without feedback, a student is unable to make a adjustments or learn where they went wrong.

I already make the students do an introduction. This helps me learn about their background and home life. It also gives me a chance to exchange in common conversation.

It is important that I learn as much about my students abilities as possible. This includes their profiles and capacity for online environment.
